OILLLES
#300 is a special type of OILLESS bearing in which the porous structure from the
cast iron growth phenomenon is effectively utilized to contain lubricant oil therein.
Generally, gray cast iron is used for many machines, press dies and structural
materials. Application as sliding material shows better seizure resistance and
wear resistant resulting from lubrication effect by graphite contained in the
composition than steels. Oilless
#300 which bases these characteristic of gray cast iron develops pores inside
material by repeating composition adjustment and heat treatment. Oil is impregnated
into the pores. |
